The Palozola Foundation is proud to present a great program for our Veterans with our newly formed fall and winter 16-week bowling league “Forces on the Lanes!”
Our initial “Forces on the Lanes” program will be held at both Crestwood Bowl in Crestwood, MO and Cave Springs Bowl in Saint Peters, MO. The leagues will start on Mondays at 6:00 p.m. beginning November 7, 2022 and concluding on February 27, 2023.
Each night every Veteran will be provided with both free shoe rental and a three-game set.

About our League:
Forces on the Lanes Captains Needed!!
Both of our locations require a bowling team captain who will help manage the league at their alley throughout the season. If you would like to volunteer to be the league captain at a specific location, please email [email protected]
How to Register:
Step 1: Read the Bowling League Waiver & Release Form below.
Step 2: Fill out the registration form and click on "Submit". You will not receive an automated confirmation email, but we will contact you to let you know you have been registered. If the league is already full, we place you on the wait list and the substitute list.

About our League:
- Veterans meet once a week at either Crestwood Bowl in Crestwood, MO or Cave Springs Bowl in Saint Peters, MO for 16 weeks between November 7, 2022 and February 27, 2023 to bond and share good times with other Veterans. The league is limited to 20 veterans at each location.
- “Forces on the Lanes” bowling shirts will be provided to each bowler.
- Free three games and shoe rental are provided each evening.
- Both bowling alleys will keep all the scores from each evening.

Release:
As a participant in the Forces on the Lanes Veterans
Bowling League (“Bowling League”), I, on
behalf of myself and my personal representatives, heirs, assigns, and next of kin, recognize that there are certain inherent risks associated with participation in Bowling League and agree to release the Forces on the Lanes Veterans Bowling League, The Palozola Foundation, and each of their subsidiaries, affiliates, event participants, sanctioning bodies, operators, vendors, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and owners and lessees of premises used in connection with the Bowling League and any of their respective employees, agents, officers, volunteers, directors, and other individuals affiliated with the Bowling League
(collectively, “Released Parties”) from liability
for any and all claims resulting from personal injuries, accidents or illnesses (including death) and property loss arising from, but not limited to, participation in the Bowling League, whether arising from the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law. I further assert that I am 21 years of age or older.
Assumption of Risk:
I, on behalf of myself and my personal representatives, heirs, assigns, and next of kin, agree to assume full risk of injuries including death, damages or loss that I may experience as a result of participation in the Forces on the Lanes Veterans Bowling League. I have read the previous paragraphs and I know, understand, and appreciate these and other risks are inherent in participation in the Bowling League. I assert that my participation is voluntary and that I knowingly assume all such risks.
Indemnification and Hold Harmless:
I, on behalf of myself and my personal representatives, heirs, assigns, and next of kin, further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Released Parties from any loss, liability, claim, damage, judgment, legal fees, or costs arising from or incurred due to my participation in or otherwise in connection with the Bowling League, whether arising from the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Use Permission:
I also give Released Parties permission to use or distribute, without limitation or obligation, my image, name, voice, and words for any purpose connected with the Bowling League, including promotional, marketing, training, informational, and archival use.
Player Responsibilities:
I acknowledge that in order to be eligible to play, I will attend a meeting prior to the start of play to learn of my responsibilities as a player. I further acknowledge that I will inform the league Captain if I am not able to play as soon as possible in order to allow another Veteran to play in my place.
