If you are registering for multiple players and already know who is joining you, please provide their names in the space provided.
If you do not know yet who is joining you, please email that information when you get it to rwhitaker@thepalozolafoundation.org.

Can't play golf, but want to join the festivities after golf? Join us at the beautiful Bogey Hills Country Club patio, enjoy great company, an appetizer buffet, celebrate the winners and support your veterans. There will be live music and a cash bar on the patio.
